Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Experience in an organization with clear career progression.
• Knowledge and skills in staffing with a proven record of results.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws.
• Knowledge in Food Safety, Local and State Health Requirements, Inspections and Quality, Service and Cleanliness audits.

Responsibilities

• Mentors all positions within the restaurant to ensure engagement and success.
• Support, reinforce, and align decisions with Wingstop’s Culture.
• Trains and models standards to deliver the Done Right, On Time guest experience.
• Defines and delivers the purpose, requirements, and results of Company programs for the restaurant.
• Leads the team in planning, development, and implementation of operational improvements.
