Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staffing.
• Develop and coach team members; ensure performance standards.
• Plan schedules, drive sales, and control labor costs.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Foster a positive culture and strong guest experiences.
