You will oversee scheduling, training, rewards, and conflict resolution while ensuring profitability and exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. Compensation reflects experience and location.

Qualifications

• 5 years of restaurant/retail management experience
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads
• Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan
• Recognize and reward top performers
• Address and resolve conflicts promptly
• Engage with customers and resolve issues
• Schedule staff and coach on CHAMPS standards
• Analyze financial performance and manage the budget to maximize profitability
• Stay informed about competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs
