Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Cranberry Township. Lead the restaurant team to deliver great food and a friendly guest experience, while managing hiring, training, scheduling, performance, and budgets. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience.
• Find, hire and develop employees and execute the training plan for each new hire.
• Schedule and deploy the Team correctly, address performance issues, and assist in resolving customer issues.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Maintain positive leadership and communication to grow a great career with Charter Foods (Taco Bell).
