Cafe Rio is seeking a high-energy assistant manager to help run a fresh, made-from-scratch restaurant concept in Salt Lake City. You will lead daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure top-quality guest experiences while driving performance goals.

Requirements include 2+ years of restaurant management, ability to lift 50 lbs, and availability for flexible hours. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; eVerify is used for employment eligibility.
