Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• 2+ years of management experience preferred in restaurant settings
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Strong communication with diverse teams, coaching capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced restaurant
• Oversee daily operations and ensure food safety and quality
