Job summary

DiBella’s is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to train and manage location personnel, supervise culinary activities, estimate food usage, and purchase supplies while following company recipes to ensure quality. The GM will hire and discipline staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure safety and sanitation.

You’ll lead a diverse team, set schedules, and deliver outstanding customer service with a positive, upbeat style.
