Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a proven leader to head a high-volume scratch-kitchen and craft cocktail bar concept in Charlotte, NC. You will drive sales, develop teams, and uphold operational standards in a structured yet entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations, building and motivating FOH/BOH and Bar teams, ensuring service consistency, and maintaining profitability with guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a full-service restaurant and bar.
• Experience managing a bar and bartenders in a lively nightlife.
• Craft cocktail and craft spirits experience is a must.
• Strong LBW knowledge required.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and comfortable using multiple systems.
• Hands-on leader who manages with accountability and respect.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and operational standards.
• Experience with financials / P&L.

Requirements & Must Haves

• Leadership experience in a full-service restaurant and full service bar environment
• Experience managing a bar and bartenders in an environment with a lively nightlife
• Experience with LBW and strong LBW knowledge, elevated cocktails, managing elite bartenders- craft cocktail and craft spirits experience is a must
• Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort using multiple systems
• Hands on leader who manages with accountability and respect
• Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and operational standards
