Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-profile New Orleans restaurant and deliver an unforgettable guest experience. You will drive operations, financial discipline, and menu excellence in an upscale dining setting.

Lead and mentor a team, work with executive leadership, marketing, HR and sales to ensure outstanding service and consistency. Compensation ranges $65,000–$75,000 with solid growth potential within an established restaurant group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of upscale dining management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
