Nextgen Hospitality Solutions seeks a General Manager to lead the launch of a new high-energy café in Tucson, overseeing all aspects of operations and guest experience.

You will recruit and develop a top-performing team, drive sales and profitability, ensure brand standards, and foster community involvement to set the location up for long-term success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GM experience in a high-volume QSR, coffee, or fast-casual environment.
• Drive-thru operations experience is required.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• New store opening experience is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $76,000–$86,000 base salary
