Job summary

BFS Foods in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Tim Hortons Manager responsible for executing all operational objectives to deliver guest satisfaction and maintain brand standards.

You will lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including ordering supplies, managing budgets, controlling costs, recruiting and developing team members, and ensuring health and safety compliance while upholding company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ordering, supplies, building maintenance, cleanliness and security.
• Ensure Always Fresh standards and waste levels.
• Plan budgets, maximize profits and hit sales targets, controls Food/Paper/Labor costs and administers payrolls.
• Recruit new team members, performance management including training and developing staff and motivating teams to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, and maintain high guest experience standards.
