Responsibilities

• Create guest experiences and ensure memorable service for guests.
• Lead and represent Mabo in the restaurant and community, building local relationships.
• Maintain financial cost controls and advanced scheduling to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor health, safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate daily accounting and administrative records.
