Job summary

The Mabo Investments LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who balances servant leadership with strong operational and financial performance. You will build an engaging environment for the restaurant team and guests while driving adherence to standards.

You will recruit, train, and develop leaders, oversee guest experiences, local promotions, and community involvement, and maintain accurate accounting and administrative records.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years Restaurant Management Experience.
• Food Safety Manager Certification is required within 30 days of hire/promotion, if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders - Puts your people and restaurant first, including recruiting and developing outstanding talent.
• Create Guest Experiences - Provide memorable guest experiences and address feedback.
• Leader - Serve as the face and voice of Mabo in the restaurant and community, build local relationships for catering and promotions.
• Administration - Maintain accurate sales forecasts, schedules, planning, and financial/COS controls.
• Maintain Facility - Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, security, and compliance with policies.
