Job summary

Arby’s is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant's Management Team and Team Members, driving performance, engagement and training initiatives. You will hire, train, and retain a high-performing team while upholding Arby’s standards for food safety, service and cleanliness.

You will model Company Core Values, ensure top customer service, and manage scheduling, inventory and cash controls to reach profitability goals, working with the District Manager on operational plans and ensuring

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of restaurant General Manager experience.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background screening.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs (up to 50 lbs with assistance).
• No early mornings or late nights.
