Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a capable restaurant leader in Arkadelphia to manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while meeting restaurant objectives.

You will provide direction, training and development to managers and crew, maintain a 45-plus hour work week on average, and work with a Wendy's franchise owner where compensation and benefits are set locally.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate and 3 Months experience in the restaurant industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Must be at least 21 year of age or older
• This position is expected to maintain an average of 45 hours or more per week over a calendar year.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems.
• Provides leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew.
• Creates and maintains a "People Excellence" environment.
