• Achieve sales, service, quality, and cleanliness objectives.
• Oversee food preparation according to recipes and standards.
• Create and approve weekly schedules and staffing.
• Build and maintain NAYA's community reputation.
• Handle inventories and monthly ordering.
• Process payroll weekly and manage cash handling.
• Support marketing initiatives.
