Qualifications

• Zaxby's & ZFL Certification: 1 year of employment and passing required tests within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by providing outstanding product and service.
• Write an effective weekly schedule and post by 5 pm Thursday.
• Work mornings, evenings, and weekends; monitor food/service quality.
• Ensure 100% staffing with quality team members.
• Review income statements with the District Manager and take action.
• Communicate plans and progress openly with staff and managers.
