You will manage cost controls, scheduling, inventory, safety, and P&L, while mentoring staff. Pay up to $70,000 per year depending on experience and local market demand, with competitive benefits and work–life balance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of leadership in family, fast-food or casual dining preferred.
• Prior leadership experience is required.
• College and/or culinary schooling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and staff execution of policies.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees; manage performance.
• Shape culture and ensure high employee engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Coach team members to ensure on-the-job success and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs.
• Drive sales, control costs, and manage P&L; ensure safety and compliance.
