This position offers a competitive salary with opportunities for advancement. The selected candidate will work in-person across Cape Coral or Ft.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a Firehouse Subs or similar restaurant environment.
• Ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality guest service and maintain standards.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal health and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitable operation in line with company guidelines and regulations.
• Lead and develop restaurant staff, including management trainee programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, wage, age, ADA, OSHA and other applicable laws.
• Implement company policies and procedures across shifts.
• Drive local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in full working order and manage costs.
