KBP Brands, a leading KBP Foods franchise group, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our team, drive profitability, and ensure a high-quality guest experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of GM experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, and availability to close the restaurant at least two nights weekly. We offer competitive benefits, training, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year GM experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and AGM.
• Coach and train employees to maintain operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week and ensure guest satisfaction.
