• 1+ year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and drive profitability through cash controls, inventory, and labor management.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train staff to maintain operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts biweekly and ensure a clean, safe dining environment.
• Maintain high standards of quality and service to deliver a positive guest experience.
