Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and be on your feet during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire team members and managers.
• Coach and train staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts biweekly and ensure a clean guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of service and product quality.
