Wendy’s Gilbert is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team, and ensure quick, friendly, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and standards, with a focus on guest satisfaction and growth opportunities within the Wendy’s family.

Formación

• Minimum of 1-year restaurant management experience.
• QSR or Fast-casual experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desire to learn and accept feedback.
• Great personality with guest-focused service and upbeat attitude.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Interview, hire, train and orientate a team.
