Wendy's in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead the restaurant team, ensure operational standards, and drive customer service, training, and profit growth. With support from the General Manager, you will set expectations, coach staff, and model Wendy's core values daily.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong reading, writing and communication skills, the ability to solve problems, and willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to speak effectively before groups.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure and compute rates.
