Wingstop in Burlington, NC is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding guest service. You will partner with the District Manager to drive performance, coach front- and back-of-house teams, and ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, and schedule team members with District Manager.
• Coach and manage performance with HR, including counseling when needed.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, review compensation actions, enforce policies.
• Communicate with District Manager on operations and HR issues.
• Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards.
• Track inventory and maintain records.
• Resolve food prep issues and handle customer service with care.
• Maintain safe, sanitary facility and comply with regulations.
• Own responsibilities and seek value-added opportunities.
