Job summary

Taco John's International in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a full-time Restaurant Assistant Manager to help lead our food service operations. You will assist in hiring, training, and coaching staff while ensuring high standards of service and compliance with company policies.

The role offers an hourly wage of $16.00-$18.00 with benefits including 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision, disability, tuition reimbursement, PTO, free uniforms, and life insurance. Quarterly bonuses are also included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months of restaurant experience as a Shift manager or assistant manager.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• ServSafe or Prometric/NEHA Certification.
• Customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading food service operations and daily restaurant management.
• Direct team members to achieve goals and uphold policies and procedures.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, onboarding and training of staff.
• Count cash and manage inventory; ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards.
