MarcJax, LLC in Virginia Beach is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead Wendy’s restaurants in the Virginia Beach market. You will own day-to-day operations, guest experience, drive-thru speed, food safety, labor costs, and the store-level P&L.

You’ll recruit, train, coach, and develop a team, drive results, and uphold brand standards across all dayparts. This role offers a quarterly bonus and benefits as part of a growing multi-brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management, preferably QSR or fast-casual with drive-thru.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, and coach team members.
• Strong knowledge of operations, food safety, labor management, and cost controls.
• Hands-on, positive leadership style with problem-solving skills.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
