Job summary

You will own the P&L, manage costs, drive sales, and build a bench of future leaders while ensuring top guest experience and strict food safety practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a fast food restaurant with a drive-thru.
• Strong P&L experience and ability to act on period flash data.
• Hands-on operator who develops crew and shift leaders.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it on hire.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant operations across all dayparts while maintaining QSC standards.
• Own the P&L by controlling costs and driving sales against budget.
• Recruit, train, coach, and review AGMs, shift managers, and crew.
• Champion brand standards including food safety and new product rollout.
• Hit sales, profit, and customer survey targets to drive bonus.
