Job summary

Arby's, operated by KBP Inspired, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Kingman, AZ. This leadership role drives profitability, oversees cash control, inventory and labor, and leads the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will recruit and train Team Members and Managers, conduct biweekly inventories, and maintain restaurant cleanliness and product quality. A strong GM background in fast-casual is preferred, with close shifts required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant General Manager or similar role in food service/retail.
• P&L responsibility and profitability focus.
• Ability to recruit, interview and hire team members and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, security, inventory and labor.
• Review financial reports and take corrective actions as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with quality products.
