Responsibilities

• Maintain restaurant profitability and manage the P&L to achieve financial targets.
• Drive sales through proactive guest service, people development and operations management.
• Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with friendly, fast service.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing and training of staff; ensure proper onboarding.
• Plan and manage labor scheduling to optimize coverage and costs.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies; uphold brand standards.
• Step in as needed in the absence of other managers and support shifts.
