Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Food & Beverage experience preferred, with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment with minimal supervision.
• Well-groomed appearance required.
• Ability to hire, train and lead staff.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, motivate staff to deliver first-class service.
• Ensure high quality of food preparation and service.
• Evaluate employee performance and build recognition systems.
• Create a positive work environment that represents the Butler brand.
• Maintain consistent, high‑quality service standards through training and feedback.
• Evaluate employee performance and implement reward and recognition systems.
• Produce regular and special reports; maintain records and files.
• Propose staff changes in assigned areas.
• Manage vacation requests and staff absences.
• Maintain close relationships with other departments to promote feedback and efficient operations.
• Be able to work any shift, any day and long hours when necessary.

RUN THE SHOW:
