In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff, control costs, and uphold food safety standards. Your leadership will drive the restaurant’s performance, foster a positive team environment, and deliver outstanding dining experiences.*Duties** Lead all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, service quality, and customer satisfaction.* Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.* Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality standards are met.* Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and reporting.* Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures and reconciliation at shift end.* Monitor shift management to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while maintaining efficiency.* Implement budgeting strategies and control costs to meet financial targets without compromising quality or service.*Qualifications** Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities.* Strong background in food industry operations including food production, catering, bar service, and kitchen management.* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead teams effectively through training & development initiatives.* Familiarity with food safety protocols and food handling standards; experience in fine dining or hotel settings is a plus.* Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in inventory control and budgeting is preferred.* Demonstrated leadership in hospitality management with experience in supervising staff, interviewing candidates, and managing shifts.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of quality.Join us as we continue to grow our brand by delivering exceptional dining experiences!
