Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

1. Ownership of your restaurant's success metrics and leading the restaurant team to reach goals
2. Lead the guest experience, including friendly interactions, maintaining a clean restaurant, and serving fresh meals
3. Grow and mentor your KFC family through training, development, and onboarding new team members
4. Communicate team goals, upcoming promotions, and business updates effectively
5. Inspire a positive and collaborative family environment
6. Partner with other Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to grow and move the business forward
