Job summary

Firehouse Subs in Florida is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, develop leaders, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with your District Manager to drive sales, profitability, and service excellence while upholding brand standards and a strong community presence.

At least 2 years of restaurant leadership and a high school diploma are required, with a people-first leadership style and sound decision-making.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great guest experiences by setting expectations for fast, friendly service and resolving issues with care.
