Job summary

Firehouse Subs in Jacksonville is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive results, and develop leaders who embody our service-minded, purpose-driven culture. You will partner with the District Manager to strengthen guest experiences, staff performance, and local community impact.

You will own the business by guiding sales, profitability, scheduling, compliance, and guest resolution.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with HS Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• People-first leadership with strong communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions.
• Commitment to delivering great guest experiences and upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great guest experiences by ensuring fast, friendly service and resolving guest issues.
• Develop leaders by hiring, onboarding, coaching Assistant Managers and Team Members.
