Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, guide teams, and uphold our service standards in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to coach staff, optimize performance, and enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation by supporting daily restaurant performance and ensuring Firehouse Subs standards are met.
• Deliver great guest experiences by guiding teams to provide fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming environment.
• Develop your people by coaching Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members, building skills, and strengthening performance.
• Support profitability by managing inventory, placing and receiving orders, maintaining restaurant assets, and following cash control and security procedures.
