Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Spotsylvania, VA seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead Cinco Nino’s Tex Mex concept. You’ll drive daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and manage budgeting, labor, and costs to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Expect to oversee service quality, financial performance, and compliance, while collaborating with resort leadership to align guest experiences with brand standards. This is a full-time role with opportunities for quarterly bonuses.

Formación

• Minimum four years of front-of-house operations and/or management in a hotel, resort, family-owned operation or large chain.
• Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and controlling labor/food costs.
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, inventory tools, and reporting dashboards.
• In many outlets, experience managing a bar will be required.
• History of managing operations of $3M or more annually.

Cinco Nino’s - Restaurant General Manager

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Cinco Nino’s Tex Mex Cuisine concept, bringing energy, heart, and a passion for hospitality to inspire your team and create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back.

Salary Range - $75,000k - $90,000k with the opportunity to earn a quarterly performance-based bonus based on individual and business performance.

You’ll oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, drive financial and operational results, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

What We’re Looking For

• We do require a background of general food and beverage knowledge, including at least four years of front-of-house operations and/or management positions in a hotel, resort, family owned-operation or large chain (such as Cheesecake Factory, Chick-fil-A, Olive Garden, Starbucks, Sweetgreen).
• Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and controlling labor/food costs.
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, inventory tools, and reporting dashboards.
• In many outlets, experience managing a bar will be required.
• History of managing operations of $3M or more annually.
