Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Spotsylvania County, VA is seeking a Cinco Niño's Supervisor to lead restaurant service with energy and hospitality. You’ll model standards, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction through a friendly, professional approach.

This full-time role pays $23 per hour, with opportunities for growth. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and employee recognition.

• General food and beverage knowledge, including at least 1 year in front-of-the-house operations or supervision at a hotel or resort.
• Prior restaurant experience in a full-service setting is required.
• Must communicate, read, write, and speak English effectively; bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Cinco Nino's Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aRestaurant Supervisor.In this role, you will be responsible for exemplifying company standards, behaviors and actions by providing guests with food and beverages served with a fun, friendly, professional, attentive approach that will ensure guest satisfaction beyond expectations; training, developing and coaching associates in all areas of their job role; and completing all necessary administrative duties.

Pay Rate -$23/Hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, and F&B Director and understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs for all food and beverage outlets within the Resort, communicating expectations and enforcing those policies and procedures with restaurant associates.
• Fill in where needed (as associate) to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations are met daily.
• Continually strive to develop, coach, and train your staff in all areas of professional development.

What We’re Looking For

• General food and beverage knowledge, involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations and/or supervisory positions in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
• Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant is required.
• Must be able to communicate, read, write, and speak English effectively. Bi-lingual skills are preferred but not required.
