Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead service excellence in our high-energy dining outlets and Daylene's Supper Club. You will model guest-focused hospitality, train associates, and ensure standards are met with a fun, professional, attentive approach.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll coach staff, manage daily operations, and uphold safety and quality across food and beverage outlets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year front-of-house operations or supervisory experience.
• Prior full-service restaurant experience required.
• English communication skills required.
• Alcohol awareness/safety certificate may be required.

Restaurant Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for exemplifying company standards, behaviors, and actions by providing guests with food and beverages served with a fun, friendly, professional, attentive approach that will ensure guest satisfaction beyond expectations; training, developing, and coaching associates in all areas of their job role; and completing all necessary administrative duties.

Daylene's Supper Club is a captivating culinary destination on the shores of Lake Delton at the exquisite Dawn Manor Resort. Paying homage to Wisconsin supper clubs' rich history while adding a contemporary twist, Daylene's invites you to experience a modern take on classic Wisconsin cuisine.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll ensure high-quality service, consistent product standards, and a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll lead, support teamwork, and foster a positive, efficient work environment for associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, and F&B Director and understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs for all food and beverage outlets within the Resort completely, communicating expectations and enforcing those policies and procedures with restaurant associates.
• Fill in where needed (as an associate) to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations are met daily.
• Continually strive to develop, coach, and train your staff in all areas of professional development.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.

What We’re Looking For

• General food and beverage knowledge, involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations and/or supervisory positions in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
• Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant is required.
• Must be able to communicate, read, write, and speak English effectively. Bi-lingual skills are preferred but not required.
• State or Local Law may require a certificate upon completion of an alcohol awareness/safety class as well as state-certified proper food handling certification.
