Nbutexas is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-visibility West Hollywood location, influencing team development, operational standards, and growth. You will own P&Ls, drive profitability, and ensure guest-ready presentation with a focus on quality and consistency.

The role demands strong coaching, cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Training, and HQ teams, and a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in a scratch kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a scratch kitchen restaurant.
• Strong track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Proficiency in managing P&Ls, labor targets, and COGS.
• Ability to maintain high operational and food quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on leadership - driving quality, product availability, and guest-ready presentation
• Coach and mentor the team
• Lead performance improvement efforts to enhance Yelp ratings and maintain a standard of excellence
• Own store P&Ls and drive profitability through strategic decision-making and operational rigor
• Implement preventative maintenance and ensure clean, safe environments for guests and staff
• Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to build store traffic and support local initiatives
• Play a key role in new restaurant openings, ensuring operational routines and high standards are in place

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a scratch kitchen restaurant
• Strong track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams
