Job summary

The Wenspok Companies, a Wendy's franchise, is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, train staff, and maintain brand standards in a high-volume fast casual setting.

You will drive sales, monitor costs, ensure food safety, and deliver a great guest experience, with 50–55 hour weeks and opportunities for career growth through internal promotion.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent with documents required by state and federal law.
• 3–4 operations experience; high-volume QSR or fast casual preferred.
• Ability to work 50–55 hours per week, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver's license and private transportation access.

Minimum Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Minimum 3-4 operations experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans required
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused
