Position: General Manager

Compensation: $70,000 annual salary with bonus potential

Role Overview:

We are seeking expressive, knowledgeable, hospitality-driven General Managers to lead our teams. Our management team emphasizes compassion and humility, engaging actively with all operational roles to ensure excellent guest experiences and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize guest experience and operational excellence
• Manage location operations and make business decisions
• Promote positive company culture
• Maintain high standards for service and food quality
• Support professional and personal growth of team members
• Monitor and impact monthly P&L
• Drive sales growth and community engagement
• Ensure health and safety standards are met

Daily Tasks:

• Manage communications and team meetings
• Oversee staff scheduling and side work
• Handle opening and closing procedures
• Maintain online reputation
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Coordinate catering and off-premise orders
• Conduct food tasting and quality checks

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
• Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer (preferred)
• Ability to collaborate with Regional Management
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
• Familiarity with POS, scheduling, invoicing, and inventory systems (a plus)

Physical Requirements:

• Stand or walk for 4-8 hours
• Perform hand, wrist, and arm movements
• Lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs
