Essential Functions You’ll Own

• Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth restaurant operations and ensure high standards.
• Revenue Optimization: Manage staffing, costs, inventory, and food safety to maximize profitability.
• Culture Keeper: Foster a positive, vibrant team environment focused on top-tier service.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years as a Restaurant General Manager with proven success.
• Education: High school diploma preferred; leadership, passion, and drive are most important.
