Job summary

Postino in Houston is seeking a General Manager to drive guest experiences, people leadership, and financial results across a dynamic restaurant group. You will coach store leadership, recruit and develop talent, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.

The role requires 1 year of GM experience or 3-5 years in service-management, plus a Hospitality/Management or Business degree. Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol certifications are required.

ABOUT THE GENERAL MANAGER ROLE

As a General Manager your goal is to achieve desired company results with guests, employees, and financials through company aligned objectives and processes.

Requirements

• The position requires 1 year of full-service restaurant General Manager experience or 3-5 years of service industry management experience. Internal candidates must be in good standing and free of performance issues within a 1-year time-period. Combined work experience and education will be considered in decisions.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.

Salary Description

$80,000 to $85,000 with 25% bonus potential
