Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a high-energy Restaurant General Manager for a growing Southeast quick-service brand. You will lead daily operations, recruit and develop a top-performing team, and uphold exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive sales and profitability through strong leadership, hands-on involvement, and adherence to brand standards, while partnering with other leaders to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Two years GM experience in a quick-service restaurant
• Proven track record of increasing sales and guest satisfaction
• Passion for operational excellence, systems and brand standards
• Strong leadership, communication and team-development skills
• Hands-on work ethic and flexibility
