GENERAL MANAGER

Border Cafe | Saugus, MA 01906 | Full-time | $100,000 - $125,000/yr

Border Cafe has served the Northeast for 35 years and now operates five locations. We run a high-volume casual dining operation built on consistent food quality, strong service standards, and a team culture that takes pride in execution. We are hiring GMs who are natural leaders.

What You Will Do

• Run daily operations across FOH and BOH to consistently hit food, service, and facilities standards
• Recruit, develop, and retain hourly and management talent
• Coach and lead your team in the moment to drive performance
• Build leadership strength proactively by developing future leaders early.
• Own your P&L and drive profitable results

Compensation And Benefits

Pay: $100,000 - $125,000 total earning potential. This role features a strong base salary supplemented by an exciting company profit‑sharing program based solely on your team's performance.
