Job summary

SSP America is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for Tap & Pour at San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC). You will lead a full-service restaurant with bar, drive guest experience, and manage budgets in a high-volume airport environment.

The role offers competitive compensation $82,000–$84,000 per year plus quarterly and year-end bonuses, with growth opportunities across 60+ airports in North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Full-Service Restaurant w/ bar General Manager level experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) highly desired.
• Strong financial and operational skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume, multi-priority environments.
• Experience leading diverse teams.
• A mindset geared toward service, coaching, and accountability.
• Comfortable using POS systems, MS Office, and operational tools.
