Job summary

Andiamo is hiring a Restaurant General Manager at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). The role leads both front-of-house and kitchen operations in a high-volume, full-service setting with a focus on food quality, cost control, and team development.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years in GM-level restaurant management, strong MS Office and POS system skills, and the ability to interact with executives and diverse staff. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years restaurant management experience in a General Manager role required. Full-Service Restaurant General Management experience required. Culinary background is desirable.
• Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
• Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
