Job summary

SSP America is hiring a Full-Service Restaurant General Manager with bar experience for multi-unit operations at a major airport. You will lead front of house and kitchen activities, focus on the food quality, and manage costs to drive profitability.

The role offers comprehensive benefits, potential quarterly bonuses, and strong career progression. A minimum of 3 years GM experience and solid computer literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Full-Service Restaurant General Manager w/ bar experience preferred. Culinary background is desirable.
• Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
• Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members. Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
