Job Description

Pilot Flying J is seeking highly-skilled, experienced Restaurant General Managers to run our high-volume, quick service restaurants. Applicants must be willing to relocate.

Our General Managers are accountable for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant and are responsible for:

1. Ensuring excellent hospitality and guest service
2. Creating a positive work environment for team members
3. Implementing Human Resource decisions
4. Performing P&L analysis
5. Controlling inventory

Pay Rates starting between $65,500 and $83,200 per year, plus short-term monthly incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

Candidates should have excellent team leadership and customer service skills, exemplify integrity and accountability, and meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
